Founded in Brussels in 2001, FEBEA (European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks and Financiers) is an international non-profit organization that brings together 32 financial institutions from 17 European countries. Its mission is to promote the development of ethical and social finance in Europe, promoting sustainable financial models committed to social and environmental impact.
Our work
We have collaborated with FEBEA on two projects. In 2023, we conducted user research for the Bank for Good EU platform, with the aim of contributing to the usability design and defining the needs of its users. In 2025, we provided technical advice for the development of the SmartTomorrow platform and community. This collaboration included conducting training on financing mechanisms for digital projects in rural areas, as well as promoting and disseminating the SmartTomorrow learning community within the framework of the HORIZON Auroral project
