Genalguacil Museum Village’s purpose is to stop depopulation by combining four elements: tradition, art, culture and nature. Located in Valle del Genal, Málaga, they use contemporary art as a driver for growth, generating opportunities for development and transformation, giving Genalguacil Museum Village national and international recognition.
Our work
Our current task is to work with the Genalguacil Museum Village’s team to design a governance model that responds to its new phase of development and maturity. Alongside the governance model, we are designing a strategic plan that reflects the aspirations of a project rooted in the territory that is not content to simply continue doing what it has done until now.
