HUB Genera, Faenando Futuro is a project coordinated by the Spanish Mental Health Confederation and facilitated by Lareira Social. It is a platform that generates networks and proposals for entrepreneurship and social innovation, seeking to create or revitalise collective initiatives and self-employment opportunities for rural women with mental health problems and/or psychosocial disabilities.
Our work
This project is being developed with the support of the GENERA Community, a learning and practice community that initially includes a promotional group from Confederación SALUD MENTAL ESPAÑA. From there, collaboration will extend to allied entities and public and private agents linked to the goals of HUB Genera. It is a commitment to a culture of cooperative entrepreneurship using proactive, interconnected and comprehensive working methods. In this case, NANOMA actively participated from the outset, contributing to the development of the programme’s strategy, co-designing materials and specific training courses for the agile ideation of social-rural entrepreneurship proposals led by women, while also providing support for the visual creation, website and online learning platform.
