2021-2025
La Benéfica is a cultural and community revitalization space in Piloña (Asturias). As an association, it seeks to strengthen local roots and identity, using culture as a tool to promote social participation in a rural area.
Our work
We started working with La Benéfica from its beginnings, with the crowdfunding campaign that we launched at the end of 2021, which allowed us to finance part of the first phase of the rehabilitation of the old theater. Since then, we have worked together with La Benéfica to obtain stable financing based on the diversification of funding sources (public subsidies, agreements with companies, private donation program) as well as to establish organizational bases that allow for a permanent development of the association over time.
