TestEO

TestEO

since 2024

TestEO is an innovative project that promotes support for agroecological initiatives in the Eo River bioregion.

Our work

We joined this project from its very beginning in 2024, participating as a collaborating entity in all its phases, from conceptualisation and launch to implementation. We have played an active role in establishing the consortium, identifying and establishing strategic alliances with key partners and securing the necessary support for its development. In addition, we have provided ongoing technical support to the project and its various partners, facilitating the coordination of all activities.

Our functions have focused on high value-added consulting tasks, including the development and drafting of project proposals, the preparation of technical and financial justification reports, and the supervision of the correct implementation of actions. We have also conducted prospective impact analyses, assessing the potential effects of interventions.

Additionally, we have also taken on the design of the project’s visual identity, developing their logo and website, ensuring consistency between its image, values and strategic objectives. This comprehensive involvement has enabled us to ensure the consistency of the project’s strategies, optimise collaboration between partners and contribute significantly to the achievement of the objectives set.
